This is the command I used to put together this list oviously :P Anything with the label NPC- is a spawnable NPC. Also you can retrieve any NPC code by typing help NPCNAME 4 and any npc or item in relation to the phrase you typed will pop up in the console.
For example the deathclaw code is 0001db4c but you only have to type in 1db4c so you would type aceatme 1db4c 5 and that would spawn five deathclaws right on top of you. Another thing to remember is that for most if not all of the NPC codes, if they have any 0's at the beginning of them you can leave them out. Most of the Legendary versions of NPCs will be listed next to there original version with *LEG: to let you know those are the legendary codes, the rest will be typed in bold with an underline. To start off all spawn codes must be entered into the console which for me is opened with the ~ key, now the command for spawning in a NPC is: It might take me awhile to finish as I am still playing the game myself but I like to spawn in enemies to test my settlements defenses as the attacks on settlements are usually pretty weak.
